We are Jerry & Judy Ryan, a husband and wife team, have over 24 years of total real estate experience, licensed Realtors with Benchmark Realty, in the Nashville middle Tennessee area (including Franklin, Brentwood, Murfreesboro, Mount Juliet, Spring Hill, Nolensville, Smyrna, Hendersonville, Goodlettsville and Clarksville).
Jerry is a retired Navy Commander, Public Affairs Officer, with 23 years active duty and a Vietnam veteran having served as an E-3 Seaman in the Navy's riverboats in the Mekong Delta. Jerry is a former radio announcer and DJ. He is also an accredited "Military Relocation Professional" and a certified “Did You Serve” specialist specializing in assisting our veterans with their real estate needs. Judy is an "Accredited Buyer's Representative" and is a former Executive Recruiter and Deputy Sheriff/Bailiff, and we are both former business owners.
